  • Full Moon Special | Full Moon in Leo
A build-up to a full moon can always feel pressured, as emotions rise, but this particular one is a real pressure cooker. The fire of Leo combined with the watery pull of the moon can create a lot of steam that has to be released. Working with the fatigue that can come from lack of sleep, plus looking after the heart and the stress that can arise and strengthening the spine (or the backbone). Also, bringing in the Aquarian circulation and strengthening the lower legs and ankles.
  • Sun in Aquarius | Moon in Sagittarius, Capricorn & Aquarius
A gentle, relaxing but deep class to heal, soothe, ground and balance, so releasing stress and tension, to leave us feeling stretched, de-stressed, energised and refreshed. The Sun (Ha) is in Aquarius, an air sign though known as the ‘Water Bearer’ it has some sensitivity. The Moon (Tha) begins in Sagittarius, for the new moon before moving into Capricorn when we can feel our emotions more keenly. The moon finishes in Aquarius, ready for the new moon, when we can also feel more emotional.
  • Sun in Aquarius | Moon in Virgo, Libra & Scorpio
A gentle, relaxing but deep class to heal, soothe, ground and balance, so releasing stress and tension, to leave us feeling stretched, de-stressed, energised and refreshed. The Sun (Ha) is in Capricorn momentarily but then moves into Aquarius; A humane sign, it rules the circulatory system, pumping the blood (or love) around the body (or the world). The Moon (Tha) starts earthy Virgo, focusing on the effect of the breath on nervous system. The Moon then moves into airy Libra, balancing emotional energy. The moon then finishes in Scorpio, when we focus on the hidden areas we don’t want to talk about. Shining a light on these areas to bring out hidden emotions and so transform.
  • Sun in Capricorn | Moon in Taurus, Gemini, Cancer & Leo
We can release emotions that no longer works for us, by the stretching, strengthening and grounding of our practice, so allowing us the strength to move forward. The Sun (Ha) is in Capricorn, ruled by distant Saturn, and governs the structure of our skeletal frame. The skeletal frame represents our deep core spiritual beliefs that hold us together. The Moon starts in Taurus, and moves through Gemini and Cancer, finishing in Leo. Leo rules the spine, heart, upper back and spleen. We may feel things more emotionally in these parts of the body when the Moon is in our sign.
  • Yoga Nidra | Sun in Sagittarius/Capricorn Solstice | Moon in Taurus, Gemini & Cancer
The Sun (Ha) in Sagittarius is a time for journeys, whether physically and geographically or spiritually within. When the Moon (Tha) is in a sign we are affected more emotionally: Taurus is a practically creative sign but insecure, Gemini quick, clever and mercurial but anxious, Cancer is caring but a worrier. The Sun moves into earthy, structured Capricorn at the point of the Solstice, when it ‘stands’ still on the Tropic of Capricorn, (Solstice means sun still) its furthest point, for three days, until the light returns, on Christmas day.
  • Sun in Sagittarius | Moon in Aquarius, Pisces & Aries
A relaxing but invigorating and strengthening class to heal, ground and balance, so releasing stress and tension, to leave us feeling energised but relaxed. The Sun (Ha) is in Sagittarius ruling the thighs and femur, giving us structure and power to move forward but with the hips guiding our direction. The Moon (Tha) starts off in airy Aquarius, ruling the circulatory system, pumping the blood (or love) from the heart around the body (or the world). The Moon then moves into watery Pisces, ruling the feet, where the energy flows in the body that lead to our organs begin, and strengthening the immune system. The moon finishes in Aries, ruling the mind, which isn’t in the head but in the whole body. When we are relaxed in our mind we are relaxed in our body and vice versa.
