Sun in Virgo | Moon in Capricorn, Aquarius & Pisces

A gentle but deep session when we can release emotions by the stretching, strengthening and grounding of our practice, and nurture by de-stressing with self-care and love. The last session of the Sun (Ha) in Virgo, focusing on the way stress affects us in our body and how our breathing can help this. The Moon (Tha) starts off in earthy Capricorn. We can feel our emotions here, and either bend too easily or can't bend to others. The Moon then moves into airy Aquarius, to prepare for the full moon as it's opposite Leo. The Moon then finishes in watery Pisces, ready for the Pisces full moon, helping us to feel grounded, when we might feel quite ungrounded, so it's important to focus on the feet, keeping them firmly on the ground.

Yoga Nidra | Sun in Virgo | Moon in Libra, Scorpio & Sagittarius

The Sun is in Virgo, which can be stressful which is a good time to do Yoga Nidra. The Equinox is also approaching, when we need to find our balance and prepare to go inwards for the colder, darker winter months. Starting with the Moon in Libra, Yoga Nidra will help to balance the emotions, then to look inwards to the subconscious for the Moon in Scorpio, revealing all that is hidden to bring it forward and transform, ready to move forward for the spiritual quest of the Moon in Sagittarius. Yoga Nidra is perfect to guide us through this.

Sun in Virgo | Moon in Cancer, Leo & Virgo

A gentle, relaxing class to heal, soothe, ground and balance, so releasing stress and tension, to leave us feeling energised. The Sun (Ha) is in Virgo, ruling the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system. So, this is focusing on the way stress affects us in our body, the fight or flight response and how our breathing can help this. Also, how holding onto issues can be detrimental, we need to learn to let go. The Moon (Tha) starts off in Cancer, ruling the feminine, nurturing areas. The Moon then goes into Leo for the Leo new moon, revisiting emotionally where we've just come from. The Moon then finishes in earthy Virgo, and the Virgo new moon, focusing on soothing of the sympathetic nervous system with the breath.

A gentle but earthy and grounded class to release stress and tension, leaving us feeling energised but at the same time relaxed and peaceful. The Sun (Ha) is in Virgo, ruling the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system. So, this is focusing on the way stress affects us in our body, the fight or flight response and how our breathing can help this. Also, how holding onto issues can be detrimental, we need to learn to let go. The Moon (Tha) is first in Aries, ruling the mind and muscles. When we are relaxed in our mind we are relaxed in our body and vice versa. The Moon then moves into Taurus ruling the neck that carries important information, finishing in Gemini, ruling the central nervous system and the nerves.

Sun in Leo & Virgo | Moon in Capricorn, Aquarius & Pisces

A gentle but deep session when we can release emotions that no longer works for us, by the stretching, strengthening and grounding of our practice, so de-stressing and allowing us the strength to move forward. We start with the Sun (Ha) in fiery Leo which rules the heart where it's important to learn to receive as well as give love for our health. The Sun then moves into Virgo, focusing on the way stress affects us in our body, the fight or flight response and how our breathing can help this. The Moon (Tha) starts off in earthy Capricorn. We can feel our emotions here, and either bend too easily or can't bend to others. The Moon then moves into airy Aquarius, to prepare for the full moon as it's opposite Leo, ruling the circulatory system, pumping the blood (or love) from the heart around the body (or the world). The Moon finishes in watery Pisces. We can feel quite ungrounded at this time, so it's important to focus on the feet, keeping them firmly on the ground.

A full but gentle session working with the Sun (Ha) in Virgo - soothing the sympathetic nervous system, releasing from the large intestines, easing the small intestines and the lower digestive tract. The Moon (Tha) in Gemini works with releasing from the shoulders, strengthening the arms, mudras for the hands, centering and grounding the nerves and the central nervous system and clearing the lungs. Moon in Cancer works with the stomach, womb, breasts and ribs, allowing us to self-nurture. Moon in Leo strengthens the spine, heart and upper back. Including pranayama breathing exercises, balance and full but gentle postures and closing with a relaxing meditation and visualisation.

A very chilled full session working with the Sun (Ha) in Virgo, so de-stressing via the sympathetic nervous system and working with the large intestines to let go of all that isn't working for us and to de-stress further in the small intestines. Working with the Moon (Tha) in Pisces, which rules the feet and then moving into Aries which rules the head, clearing from feet to head via the Chakra system. Incorporating the Nadi Shodana pranayama breathing exercise and finishing with a relaxing meditation and visualisation.

Sun in Virgo | Moon in Sagittarius & Capricorn

A full yoga session working with the Sun (Ha) in in Virgo - releasing from the large and small intestines plus working with the sympathetic nervous system to feel calm. Also, the Moon (Tha) in Sagittarius to open the hips and release stuck emotions and trauma, strengthening the thighs and femur to move us forward and releasing anger from the liver. The Moon in Capricorn strengthens our bones, our skeletal frame representing our deep core spiritual beliefs, and aids flexibility and strength in our joints, particularly our knees. Starting with relaxation and pranayama breathing exercises, building up to a grounded sun salutation and postures and finishing with a relaxing meditation and visualisation.
