The Sun (Ha) is now in airy Aquarius which rules the shin, where the bone, representing our deep, core spiritual beliefs, is close to the surface and can feel vulnerable as we put our beliefs out there. The calf behind is made of soft tissue that represents our mind, which hopefully offers energy and support to our beliefs. Aquarius also rules the circulatory system that pumps blood from the heart around the body, metaphorically spreading love around the world.
A gentle 90-minute session. Revisiting the Sun (Ha) in Taurus, so working with the neck and throat, and the Moon (Tha) in Aries, so working with the head, brain, eyes and muscles. In addition, my favourite poses for my birthday. Including a gentle warm-up, grounded sun salutation, pranayama and finishes with a relaxing meditation and visualisation.
