A gentle but deep session when we can release emotions that no longer works for us, by the stretching, strengthening and grounding of our practice, so de-stressing and allowing us the strength to move forward. We start with the Sun (Ha) in fiery Leo which rules the heart where it's important to learn to receive as well as give love for our health. The Sun then moves into Virgo, focusing on the way stress affects us in our body, the fight or flight response and how our breathing can help this. The Moon (Tha) starts off in earthy Capricorn. We can feel our emotions here, and either bend too easily or can't bend to others. The Moon then moves into airy Aquarius, to prepare for the full moon as it's opposite Leo, ruling the circulatory system, pumping the blood (or love) from the heart around the body (or the world). The Moon finishes in watery Pisces. We can feel quite ungrounded at this time, so it's important to focus on the feet, keeping them firmly on the ground.
